Clearances for loader pins?

Hello everyone,
I have a LA723 Front Loader that the prior owner did not treat right. I have to replace the top pivot pins (where the arms attach to the mounting bracket) AND rebuild the hole. I bought the replacement pins ( 7J267-58752 ) and I was planning on welding some DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) steel tube cuts to support it. I'm 100% open to any advice for this job but my main question is how much over size should I make the ID of the tube? I'm also not 100% sure the best metal to use of the job. Any help would be appreciated.

First measure the new pins. My bet is they are a few thousandths undersize On my LA525 1" 1045 TGP is .001 undersize and a perfect fit.

Sounds about right...I figured a mil on each side. I have the new pin but I don't trust any of my existing holes as my tractor is pretty old. The big question for me was about grease penetration. I wasn't sure if that was enough to let grease in there properly.

Kubota design usually prevents the loader pin from rotating in the support housing so no grease needed. They could be an interference fit if you wanted.
