I live by the Maple Ridge Wind farm here in NNY, and know a couple of guys that do this daily, and I can say that their all Fu>>>> Nuts!
I've watched them check the edge of the blades on a Boatswain's seat off of crane. That's just not right, I don't care who you are.

I'm terribly afraid of heights. More so as I've gotten older.

Used to have to help hang blower pipe in silos as a kid and throw down silage as we didn't have silo unloaders. Means climbing up the doors of the silo.

Didn't like it as a kid, was less tolerable as a young adult, and intolerant of heights as an older guy.

I have a 32 foot extension ladder that I really have no business owning...... ;)

Anymore I have no issue with a single story roof. But get me over 15' or so off the ground, and my fears come into play....
