Based on my research, this has not been attempted before, but the problems are severe, pervasive, vexing, and costly. I am looking to assemble a group of owners who have had repeated issues with their DPF systems, repairs, and long stays at the dealer, and who can provide data in addition to anecdotes (patterns of repair, costs, contacts with Kubota, etc.). The first step is to assemble such a group and then take the process outside this forum to create a strong, well-documented legal case.
