Checking fuses

My Zero turn was hesitating starting. Checked battery with engine running and voltage was 11.4.
Fuses from the top looking down tested OK.
No power between battery and rectifier.
Decided to pull the fuses and found this corroded but intact fuse.

When owners report their fuses test OK they need to actually pull them to be certain.

Found this same issue on Silverado truck. Of course the repair shop couldn't believe it! Pays
to do a bit more detective work before going for help.
