Yeah I ordered a 4.5 gallon one from Amazon. So hopefully it will be big enough. I think the OM said it held 4 gallons. And I know all that won’t come outI've always found it pretty easy to do. The only 'my bad' was the 1st time I didn't have a catch vessel big enough
Do you have a manual? There may be drain plugs on the final drive housings.I’m get ready to change the transmission/hydraulic oil and filters in my B2650. Is there anything special I need to know when I do this? Or is it pretty straight forward……… Thanks in advance

The owner's manual covers routine maintenance pretty well.I’ve got the owners manual. I need to get a work shop manual
Wow ok thanks I’ll make sure I have on hand. When I did the 50 hour service, I changed the transmission and hydraulic filters.Relative to my B7800...check the size of the head for the filter port on the transmission. I am not sure how your 2650 is set up but the B series 7800 takes a 26 MM socket (which I did not have in my tool chest) to get the filter (mesh wire screen) out and back in. Merely a word of consideration for planning ahead.
You are a step ahead of me. LOL... Good deal.Wow ok thanks I’ll make sure I have on hand. When I did the 50 hour service, I changed the transmission and hydraulic filters.
Yeah I’m a freak when. It comes to maintenance on everything. Lawn mower, cars , trucks tractor , trailers. That is one thing my dad taught me. To always keep things maintained. You are a step ahead of me. LOL... Good deal.
Oh I’m going to my dealer and get OEM filters That’s all I run on it. But I do run Rotella oilMy personal rule of thumb is don't buy mystery parts off amazon or flea-bay from mystery vendors for an expensive piece of equipment. Too much knock off counterfeit junk floating around there. I choose to support my local dealerships and buy from them. I appreciate that they keep a large quantity of parts in stock and K can get stuff in within a few days for oddball stuff.
pm sent.I’ve got the owners manual. I need to get a work shop manual
In NYS, places that do regular auto service take it. Most to run waste oil furnaces.I have a 5 gallon bucket almost full of used engine and hydrostatic transmission oil , where/ how do I dispose of it? Thanks
Auto Zone, Advanced, or most quick lubes will normally take it at no charge.I have a 5 gallon bucket almost full of used engine and hydrostatic transmission oil , where/ how do I dispose of it? Thanks
For the hydraulic oil......you might consider taking a yellow paint marker, and mark the head of the drain bolts......makes it super easy to identify on future changes.I’m get ready to change the transmission/hydraulic oil and filters in my B2650.
