I have a bx2370 with r4 tires, I was wondering what if fellow was to by a set of wheels with turf tires for the front, would it hurt anything to change them back and forth? In the yard, when the ground is damp, I notice the r4s are prone to marking it up. I wouldn't need to be in 4 wheel drive to mow, so the fronts would be free wheeling, and with the FEL, the fronts are super easy to change out. Anyone see a potential problem with adding turfs to mow with? Thanks!

In my opinion you should be good even in 4x4. They are the same diameter as the R4's so it shouldn't matter. If you do ever need the 4x4 you may be giving up a little traction on the front end depending on the circumstances.
I never even mowed with it yet!!! We had drought, and then used dry weather to re-landscape/ contour 80% of the yard. No, I don't intend to mow with the fel in place, figured once it was time to mow, I would change out the front tires, add the mmm, and take off the fel...too easy to run into over things with the fel in place.
Once the rain came, I noticed moving it around the parts of the yard were turf remained, turning tight and the r4's would gouge the yard up a bit.
Gotcha. Turning tight with R-4s will chew up the ground a bit. But FEL off, it might not be so bad.

Having mowed ONLY with the FEL on, I find that sharp turns with R4's do mess up the grass IN 4 WD .....
SO even with the FEL on, cutting grass on a rather hilly yard, I always turn the 4wd off, it seems to be smoother, the front tires are not working per say, just along for the ride, and it does not tear up the yard........tire tracks yes, but even turf tires will mat the grass down and then the grass will perk back up.
I hope one day I can take the FEL off, I dont have a spot other than the middle of the STREET that is remotely level to take it off!!!!

Tire off front rim while plowing snow. Nuts off but unable to remove wheel.
Is there something else holding this wheel on?
Also my tire valve is gone, possibly inside.
Is tires coming off rims common with Kubota, L3200?

Is tire off the rim completely? or bead broken?
I had that happen with another tractor of mine......take the nuts off, take a BFH or a nice piece of wood, "baseball bat" and strike the tire firm, not the rim.....just smack the hell out of the tire......might be smart to leave a nut or two "on" so the tire/rim doesnt come off..........sometimes you have to rotate and spin the tire to get it off the axle hub. Not that the paint is stuck, but it is just "on there" without anything really holding it on but paint. If you cannot strike the tire without hitting the rim, cover the rim with something that will allow the force to go through but not hurt the rim.

New tractor. Aim is to remove wheel and take it to dealer.
Other than the wheel nuts is there anything else that can be holding the wheel on?

there is nothing there but nuts!
IT has just been pressed against for a long time and just "stuck"
Place a 2x4 across the face of the rim or another long enough board, take a hammer and rap around the face of the wood, this ought to be enough to loosen it up - once off, spray the back side with a nice wax or something to keep from happening again.

On those machines that have AIR in the tire and the same problem, I have heard of people loosening the nuts about a good 360 or so and then run around the yard doing figure 8's........not a good idea for you!!Great, thanks, going home to whack tonight.
