changing blades

So how do you guys change your blades on your lawn tractor?
I do it this way, I hate lying on the ground.

I changed blade by getting rid of my yellow thing,,lol

Problem is with that a hydraulic failure can be fatal.
That being said, i do use my forklift for servicing my mower.
I try my best never to stand directly under deck/ forks.
Impact to get blades off and on.

I also have a four post drive on hoist, but its too wide for the tractor.
Have a heavy c- channel to help fit narrow stuff on hoist.

Things just gotta get easier to do as we get older. Reason i bought the forklift, hoist and kubota tractor. Dont regret none of it.

Had a buddy who did the same thing, but he set the tips of the forks on top a concrete wall for safety & stability.
