I'd like you to design a chainsaw holder for my stihl MS271 20" bar for my L4060. Tell me where to send the check. I like the one you made for your bx25. Anyone know how to contact him?

Re: Paul short...Mr Wildfire..id like to ask a favor....

Sadly Wildfire (Paul short) has not been posting anything on here for quite some time, he's just too busy. :(
His website has no contact info, and he has no personal PM's available on here either.

Paul said he no longer follows OTT or TBN and doesn't wish his email given out as it exceeded 300 messages. Paul is a really nice guy, he is just covered up and pretty much stays that way.

This is the video where he introduces it I believe. Either way, contact through you tube is easiest. Great guy. I have talked with him a bit. Leave a comment and he normally responds quite quickly. Good luck

That holder is made from thicker cutting board plastic from an industrial plastic shop. If I was to make that, I'd buy the 2 halves, trace the blade out on 1 side of the plastic only, and mill it out with a wood router. Tapping the holes would be the easy part.

If you felt brave, buy a nice thick piece and just plunge the chainsaw in and let it do the milling:D

The metal stand looks like 5/16 plate with a 90* on the bottom for bolting to the machine, and then a 60-75* cut. I believe that angle cut is for visibility over your right leg.

You could make that out of Teflon or Delron. Hard plastics. I would have liked to spoke with him about it. Oh well..I've always got myself to count on...lets see what we can whip up.

Delrin. Nylon wouldn't be an issue either. I swear there's a market for something. I've been all over the internet, and will someday be making my own.....

I've got a near idea using a piece of 2x4 rectangular tubing. I'll post some pics when I'm done with it ***128077;***127995;. I'll probably have to mount it on my loader arm on the right side. Need to find a way to keep it from dumping out when using the loader.
