We have three that were purchased at Northern Tool, two work OK one has a problem with the top hook. My neighbor bought one at Peavy last fall on sale and I think it was even less than that, it has a lot better design for the top hook. If I were to buy another one it would be that style.

Looked on the harbor freight web site last night and they have their quick hitch on sale for$99.00. Looks like a quality piece they also have the top link adapter for this item found the part number in the reviews for this part.

That does not surprise me, look at our dollar right now!

Not sure we have Harbour Freight in Canada either?

Doesn't matter that hitch comes from exactly the same factory in China in a Seacan at either store.

Got the quick hitch on the L1500 DT and the three point hitch bars barely clear between the tires (1/4")! It works great though, we set it up with our new blade box and it is fantastic.

We were lookin at some way to narrow the bars up and would be open to suggestions? Won't be long and the lugs will be worn off anyway!

Hi Corney can you post a picture of the problem, I think I know what you mean but I'm not positive. Would you be able to shim your rims out?

Wheel shims or spacers, that's a great idea! Duh?

Can you buy such a thing or do you just use big washers?

Thanks fellas I knew you would have a cheap easy solution!

I believe you said you have the BX25, so no problem getting spacers. But if your tractor is not listed, call them because the spacers for your machine may be the same as another model.

Anyone with a bit of welding skills could build a set of spacers. Have contemplated it myself. I may measure remaining threads on studs and build a couple plates that thickness. Anything would be an improvement in my case.
I saw the quick hitch for sale a while back, should have grabbed one.
