Been with straight talk for a few years now. They still have there issues like there big brothers. Get a generic unlocked phone that isn't attached to an existing carrier and try to get it hooked up to straight talks network  That's an excercise in futility, and frustration like no other ;) Went through that scenario when I switched from my iPhone to a Galaxy S6. Finally got straight talk on the phone at the cell phone store in town with a stack of there phones :p Went down the line till I found one that would work for straight talk :) 12 hours on the phone to get a stinking cell phone hooked up

I feel your pain guys but that is the norm now.

I can say my company has excellent customer service for example if the phone rings more than twice it rolls to the next agent you will always get to speak to a live person. It may roll several times but in the end you get a person and no listen as our menu options have changed.

Off my soap box now and how fitting on my way to a doctors appointment.

I agree that automated phone systems are a PITA, but what really chaps my a$$ is having to write out by hand a complete medical history including drugs & supplements to each doctor, each time I have an appointment. Besides being a monumental waste of my time, by the 4th or 5th page my arthritis has my hands just about crippled. I've tried bringing a computer generated history from home, but few will accept it because "it isn't on our forms." I have now begun telling them "Either accept this history, or send me a stenographer who can take dictation, or find another patient."(patient=cash cow)
