I got the bxpanded tooth bar and flat bar for my bx23 a few years ago and really like them. I also got the forks, and while i like how easy they go on, i don’t think the clips that hold them on are worth much. I just put a new set on this weekend. They went on tight, but they loosened up within an hour and fell off. This happens all the time. Anyone have a work around for this?

Quick update. I did reach out to bxpanded on this. The tech guy called me to discuss and said they have been making adjustments in their clips including harder metal, and he was sending me these and new brackets cause he thought mine looked compromised. So kudos to bx for making the effort. Other comments are welcomed.
That is strange, dvto2. I bought the Bxpanded forks, too, and have not had any problems with the clips releasing. In fact, they are so tight that if I need to move them to adjust for the width of a load, it takes some doing. Therefore, I leave them where they are! Sorry that I don't have an answer but Bxpanded certainly would, I would think.

Another update. They sent not only new clips but new brackets. Still, the clips loosen after maybe 30 minutes of use. Also, the holes on one of the forks elongated making the fork a bit wobbly
Now I am cutting up and moving large downed trees on my property, so the forks are doing heavy work, as heavy as my bx23 will lift. I contacted bxpanded again and their tech guy is welding me new, stronger brackets and sending me a new fork. He called me to discuss all this. He said he’s farmed for 35 years and knows what it’s like to do heavy work. They seem to be doing everything they can to make things right.
