Anyone have an identification for the hydraulic cylinder or seal kit or a substitute cylinder for a BX2750 snow blower mount?

It sure is a pricey little thing $700 CDN, $75 for the seal kit !!!
2 x 5 DA cylinder.........

meanwhile 2 x 6 is only $130 CDN.

Perhaps take it to a hydraulic shop and let them rebuild it?

Did that with two loader cylinders and the cost was just maybe 20 percent more than if I bought the seals myself. AND they did the repair correctly.

Yes, I do consider myself more of the JoeSmith type...LOL...Private joke for those who know...

I priced out the repair and it's $200 CDN. here.

The cylinder I have is about 2 3/4 inches in diameter.
The body is about 7 3/4 inches.

I was there yesterday and they have a good selection but smaller or larger, nothing that matches and the pins are 1 inch instead of 3/4 .
I can buy the seal kit in Pickford Michigan for $51 U.S.

I'll check at TSC when I'm across the ditch tomorrow.
