Hi I am new to this site I have a bx24 I recently bought a used snow blower Bx2750b and it came with a bx2751 quick attach it had the short output shaft I removed the short shaft and installed the 14 7/8 one but I am still about 4 inches short on connecting the mid pto shaft is their a longer output shaft available I'm open to suggestions thanks

So you're saying that between the showblower and the BX2751 quick hitch (QH) ... The PTO shaft is too short to be engaged when the blower is fully seated onto the male QH assembly? OR ..... that with the QH installed onto the frame of the tractor, you cannot connect the tractors forward PTO output to the QH's input spline? I remember this problem when I bought my BX25D and a BX2755HD blower. The delivery was delayed because something was too short ... I seem to remember that the driveline was too short but I'm only seeing one part number for that (70060-02186)

What is the serial number of your tractor? my BX2751 manual states that the it's for serial #'s 2510666 and up.

I don't believe that you will ever get an answer, but possibly he sold it to someone else who now has the same problem.

I’m on my cell, so I’m not adept at looking stuff up. If you go to the parts diagrams for the BX2751 hitch, I think you’ll find the part # for the longer shaft. Seems like it’s about 14+ “ long.

Came up occasionally here on OTT. Could also search OTT for BX2751. I remember posting the page from owner manual before with part number.

Yes I have the part number for the longer one. I was curious about this post because it said the longer shaft was installed and it was still too short.
