I need a nut & bolt set for my snow blower. It is the one just forward of the fan holding the two flanges together. The one just back of the shear bolt going through the shaft. Is it a shear bolt also. It will be shorter and smaller diameter as the shear bolt in front of it as well as the two shear bolts ( one at each outboard ends of the auger). Can anyone give me a part number please.

Need the serial number as there is 8 version with mutiple changes

When you have that number go here type in only BX2750 in search and you can see the parts
There you will see a list of all the models by serial number a sub model Like BX2750A,B,C,D

I know the bolt you are referring to and it is a standard soft bolt, nut and lock washer. They don't break very often and the part is discontinued and says to source locally.
O/L OBTAIN LOCAL (number 7)
Part # 70000-74028 Discontinued
-OBTAIN LOCALLY

If it is number 6, you can also source it from a local hardware store, make sure that it is a "common bolt, not a #5 or #8. That is crazy money from Kubota.

FAN SHEAR BOLT 1/4X 1 1/4"-KIT
Part # 77700-11443
-BOLT,SHEAR 1/4" NCX1 1/4" G5 (FAN) *
$14.55

IF I read it right, it IS a Grade 5 bolt 'G5' ??
Look at bolt head, NO markings = Grade 2, 3 bars= Grade 5, 6 (?) = Grade 8
Now a 'proper' shear bolt will have a shallow groove where the shaft/impeller transition meets.
In the real world a Grade 2 or 5 will break, you just bang it out and replace.

I'd go broke buying Kubota bolts at $20+ CDN as I always seem to find the skid I KNEW was 'over there'..... oopsy

That particular bolt doesn't have an undercut in it. It is just a soft bolt. I just checked my back up inventory from my old BX2750 and it is a grade 5 bolt.

It is a standard (local hardware store) grade 5 bolt (3 lines on the head). With it being 1-1/4" long, there is a short solid section, then the threads. By looking at it, the threaded portion is what is at the actual shear point.
Do not use a longer bolt, as the solid section will also be longer and be at the shear point, making that bolt "stronger" than originally designed.
There is a stronger bolt holding the shear flange to the drive shaft, I suspect it is a Gr8 bolt like used in some of the older 2750 designs that did not have the flange for a shear bolt.

Part #7 is the exact part. Thank you. Now I know the size 1/4”, the length 1-1/4”, and grade 5 with appropriate lock nut. I tried another link that someone else sent but being Canadian I wasn’t authorized to open the site. Have a great day. Thanks
