I have a '08 BX2660. Lately when I lift a load with the FEL there is a slight shimmy. Not when I lower it, just when I lift. I checked the tranny fluid level and it's all good. Any ideas?
Thanx.

Please explain a shimmy,,, like its jerking when your lifting or a side to side shimmy, or is it like one side is lifting faster than the other . Have you checked your tire pressure in the front?

I can feel a slight, (and when I say slight, it's not much but a new thing) vibration/shimmy/shake in the float handle. I don't feel it in the tractor proper, just the handle. I wish I could describe it better. When it vibrates/shakes/shimmys, the only thing I can think of is that it feels like a wheel bearing that is starting to go bad in a vehicle. Like I said, it only happens when raising the bucket with a load in it. I know, without seeing the problem, it is hard to diagnose, BUT, suggestions are always good.
Thanx

I think you're feeling control valve chatter possibly in conjunction with internal hydraulic relief opening as you're approaching loader lift limit.

See if happens if you take slightly smaller bites with loader.

Yea Stubbyie, I think you got it. I tried a lighter load and it seems to be fine. I tried to squeeze to much out of my little tractor. I'll be nicer from now on.
Thanks
