I found several threads about the FEL bucket having play or slop relating to worn pins and bushing from heavy use and/or lack of proper greasing, but I didnt find any related my issue.

I have '13 BX25D, only about 130hrs. Regular maintained and well greased. There is a tiny bit of play in the pins which i find acceptable, but literally 99% of the play comes from the center Pin in this video: https://youtu.be/vyRSiD2CvSQ

I can probably move the tip of the bucket up and down 2-3".
I visited the dealer and notice they have a new mounting system, What are my options?

I wouldn't worry about it.Your bucket isn't going anywhere and they all move a bit for one reason or the other. If you're worried weld some kind of a shim in the cradle to reduce the clearance. GL!

It would annoy me, bad design IMHO, but unless you make some mods you may have to live with it. Perhaps look to see what stops the pin from locating lower in the carrier, and "if" lower would somewhat alleviate the problem.

I take it that is a quick attach bucket?
I have a 2013 BX25D and it is a pin on bucket - looks nothing like that!

That is awful sloppy - looks as if the flange on the left in the video has widened or not within a tolerance.

Can you post another picture - moving back a bit, showing the entire FEL's other points where it connects?:)

Sorry guys, I'm "subscribed" never got any email from the forum telling me i got a reply

Yes, it may have widened, I did trying heating it up and hitting it with a sledge, but it never moved. The only thing that helped it a ghetto fix of jamming two old credit cards in there and it takes away virtually all the play. But it doesn last long and its uhh... ghetto

Ok....I have a stupid question....

what is the function of the added piece? That is some sort of "pull the pins" and place something else on???

Could you pin the arms STRAIGHT to the FEL? and do away with the in between piece?

It's just the old style QA, they have done away with it and have gone to The standard SSQA style.

You need to heat the hook portion up (very hot) and smack it with a sledge to tighten it up.
Or weld in a filler plate.
