bx25 won't turn over, timing relay buzzing

BX25 won't turn over. Sometimes the glow plugs seem to go other times nothing. Timing relay will sometimes make a brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sound.

Anything I can check before I jump into parts changer mode?

Battery and ignition switch are fairly new.

Or jump it from something that starts well.

The last BX25 took over a week to get figured out. Here.

Battery or battery cables or connections, 90% of the time its bad ground connections!

Fairly new is relative. Check battery voltage. Monitor it while trying to start. It should be at least 12.6 before trying to start and hold above 10 while trying to start. Remove cables from battery. Clean battery terminals and connectors. Inspect cables for corrosion where they enter the terminals. Reconnect battery and tighten cables securely. If you can move them they're not tight. Follow ground lead to frame. Clean, inspect, and tighten.
