This started during the winter, 2011 BX25.
In Rabbit speed, it has really slowed down, about the way turtle speed was, reverse is really slow also, I changed the hst fluid and filter, cleaned the screen, adjusted the pedals ( not much there).

but it seems to just crawl now. any ideas on what o check next?

I'm just going by the "seat of the pants" feeling here but I'm sure mine is slower in 4x4 than in two wheel drive . I'm just wondering ,, does it make a difference when you try two wheel drive ? Granted its not as much difference as you are stating .
Have you checked the psi on the hydraulics ? Good place to start .

that, and I was told that when they wear out they lock on ...
I don't have much adjustment left on mine, didn't notice when I got it (used) ..

Can anyone confirm this part about locking on. Currently my brakes need adjusting but I hate to as I drive with them dragging all the time. :)
