I have a BX25 that I bought used last year. Last fall I added a PTO driven Trac vac which is mounted to the 3-point hitch. I've read of other people struggling to keep their mowing decks up while operating the 3-point hitch. My problem is that I'd like my 3-point hitch to hold my Trac vac level and be able to raise or lower my mowing deck to accommodate the terrain I'm on. Is this possible and how?

Sorry my friend the system for 3pt and mower are one in the same, though I don't know what it weighs but you may be able to use a couple of short links of chain and use the retaining lugs for the arms to hold it in place,, other wise ,,, nope ya cant

Hello;

The tab (holder plate) on the rops arm is designed to allow the lift rod that hitches the 3ph lift arm to the lower 3ph link to be detached at the lift arm and attached to the tab (Holder plate) there by putting lower link in a static position so lower links don't go up and down with mower deck. See the section in the tractor manual "Three-Point Hitch & Drawbar. This explains it well.
I have a BX2360 with 54" fine cut mower deck and this allows me to attach my Cyclone Rake.

Hope this helps

I have enclosed a pdf of the page from my BX 2360 where the setup is shown for putting the 3 point hitch arms in a static positon while using the mower deck.
I hope page is big enough to see. Had to compress it to be within file size limits.
Note on diagram the you disconnect the lift rods #2 and #7 from the lift arms and connect them to the Holder plates # 9 as shown in the bottom diagram.
Hope this is helpful.
