HST pedal does not seem to be sticky, little tractor would stop well when new but now seems to be very soft when released, even have to bump reverse to find a stopping point. I’ve owned the tractor for about 10 years and mostly use for landscaping. This issue has been getting worse. The tractor is disassembled replacing body parts and hst fan. I would like to address this slow stop issue. I did a search but came up empty. Thanks

There is a bearing in the setup that's been known to go bad.
another option is the damper might be failing.

You can get the WSM for the BX25D ( that part of the setup is Identical ) on Kubotabooks.com under operators manuals.

And you can see all of the parts on Kubota.com ( https://apps.kubotausa.com/illustrated-parts/ ).
