Actually those inspection cameras are pretty cheap now. I bought one just to have, and it works real well. Do not remember the price, but being cheap it was not too expensive. It was a "just in case" purchase. I would bet I paid less than $50 delivered, and it has a fairly high resolution camera...1080p I think...

I got one for twenty bucks. Don't know the resolution, but it's good enough for this kind of work. Takes pictures and videos.

OK, here's the culprit ! It's black, plastic, about 1/4" in diameter with a 1/16" hole and will stop a BX23s in it's tracks !!! I have no idea when or how it got into the tank but it got lodged in the spigot/fuel line real good. Ove rht epast 3 days I did 'remove/clen/replace' the tank and she's fine now..except for the PTO knob. It wasn't obvious HOW that's supposed to come off but I have a new one on order.
