I've been using my BH on my BX23S quite a lot. The factory bucket has been slow going, so I ordered the 16" Bucket, extra pins and Quick-On from BXpanded.

I plan to order the 6" Trenching Bucket after these pieces arrive.

I am a big fan of that Bxpanded "quick disconnect"

I have not been "easy" on it and it has held up well.

The only thing is the damn clip that holds the pin in.

It kept falling out no matter what I tried, so I decided to take @fried1765 advice and use a "nylock nut and bolt" to secure it.

So now I have to use 2 wrenches to take it off. Its still pretty fast to R&R.

Bummer, but not a yuge deal.

The QD, is the stock bucket able to be used on it, without much fuss?

I have the Quick Disconnect and am using it with the Kubota standard 12"(?) bucket and the narrow trenching bucket with no effort. Unlike so many others, I have yet to lose the pin, but that might be because I haven't done a lot of digging with it. The root cutter is the main thing that I use and it has worked well for me. I have even coaxed a few rocks out with it rather than digging them out with the bucket.

I also lose the clip with some regularity. Sometimes I find it the dirt but usually not. I've never had the pin work its way out. I've thought about doing the bolt and nylock nut but haven't gotten around to it yet.
