BX23S backhoe pivot greasing

Lots of discussion regarding the BX23S fuel filter but my big issue is the grease point on the backhoe pivot. All the hydraulic lines and a small confined space make it very difficult to get hooked onto the fitting. I have a lock and lube extra long on my battery grease gun which is almost impossible to get hooked on. I'm thinking I may need to buy a short and simply do a manual grease gun set up for this one fitting. Any good ideas?

I has teh BX23S lawn mower and regular grease gun couplers can get on that fitting.

I have to keep a regular tipped grease gun handy; there are a lot of places the Lock-Lube will not fit.

It’s tight. But I can push the hoses enough to get my manual grease gun on mine. turning the backhoe to one side can help also.
