I have a 2018 BX23S. No power to the meter cluster. 20amp fuse burns out every time I turn on the key. Does anyone know what I should look for to fix this? It did the same thing a couple of years ago. Dealer replaced fuse. Now I can't get a fuse to survive turning the key.

Every time a fuse is repeatedly ”blown”….the circuit being protected is momentarily being “overloaded” …so the potential for a “short” to enlarge is possible. Eventually it can lead to serious damage if the culprit is not found/repaired.

any electrical mod's on your BX? if so disconnect all of them. I often see shade tree style jobs made lets say not up to acceptable standard.

If this doesn't fix time to start tracing / isolating each electrical circuit trying to find the culprit. Might be a simple bare wire touching something metal (worm wire) or rodent damage causing same, etc..

many times a step by step / trial and error approach is the solution.

I have a 2018 BX23s, according to the fuzzy diagram(pita...) there are 2 , 20amp fuses. One for the optional worklights, the other for 'lamps'...as in headlights, hazards, turnsignals.
So 1st you have to decide is it worklights or the other...
You really need a good, clear, wiring diagram to follow the electrons ,to see what is causing it.
What's curious is that there's a 5 amp fuse that powers the instrument panel...sigh....
wish I could help more...

Sounds like a solid short.
Inspection might turn up a wire worn through, ty-rap too tight, wire bent too tight around a sharp edge ...

Maybe a long shot but try it in the dark with a sharp eyed assistant.

A dead short like that is often frayed wiring coming in contact with grounded metal.

Replace the fuse with a 12v light bulb. That will protect the wiring. So long as the light is fully illuminated, you have a short circuit. Then start working the wiring harness, wiggling things until the bulb dims. Now look real close at the wiring in the area you were wiggling.
