After much research and brand shopping I ended up purchasing a 2380 with a 60 mmm.
I was able to get out the door right around 16k with 0%, which including the loan fees in my state and sales tax puts me just under the Kubota MSRP from before the latest 4% price increase. The dealer also honored his quote and did not add on that latest 4% increase.
Not a great deal by any means, but it is a rough market out there right now.
