FWIW Kubota do sell a dual rear remote kit for the BX2380 - BX23S series, I think it's BX7326 ??,though the hard lines are useless on the BX23S as the BH is in the way.....

It baffles me why Kubota doesn't make a kit specifically for the BX23S, and if LandPride had any common sense, they would jump in and make the kit, just like they did for the 3rd function valve kit for the BX23S.

I looked again today at the routing that 4 flexible hoses will have to take to put the 4 'connectors' between the ROPS base and the right light unit. It seems possible...maybe $100 in custom hoses.
I'm with you Dusty, baffled.

Thanks for that - I'll check it out when I go in next week to pick up parts for the rear hydraulics setup.
Princess Auto no longer makes custom top links. Here is their reply to my enquiry: " Regrettably, we no longer have an option for building any customer hydraulic cylinders. Our custom-building option was removed from our catalog when our Shurlift hydraulic manufacturing operation in Winnipeg was closed."

From what I have seen, with BX23s because of BH the frame is different. You can't add the valve without cutting part of the frame out. It can be done like you want, but frame needs to be cut.

I figured something like that. You also have to replumb the main hydraulic ciecuit.

The valve does not go into 'BH' circuit, it's mounted above right rear wheel, plumbed in there and the 2 levers fill that 'hole'.... the 'pain' is that the 4 connectors mount on a panel onto the right light on the ROPS..fine IF you don't have the BH on the tractor...
so that's why 4 'rubber' hoses are needed...to reroute them out of the way of the BH.

The hard lines can be used if you buy or have a $60 line bender.

I've attached the 'kit' info....HOW I found it is beyond me.....
Yes, I believe this is same kit. If you have BX23s the frame is different. People have used it. I have pictures and description of the install in above post.

That is very informative and makes it pretty clear why the kit is not offered for the BX23S.

Thanks.

The valve uses the same hydraulic supply and power beyond. connections used by the backhoe. Its very much a part of the backhoe circuit

but... it's not attached on the backhoe, so when you remove the backhoe, you can use the valves for TnT use or other 3PH uses.....
it also looks like a cleaner, neater, 'pro' way to get plumbing out back.

You did not read the description of the problems actually encountered and what is actually involved did you? Out of the box it is mutually exclusive with the backhoe plumbing and physically interferes with the backhoe frame. All of the supply plumbing and the backhoe frame have to be modified.

It is neater and maybe more "professional" than a commodity ROPS mounted valve but its considerably more expensive and a lot more work.
