BX2370 and a RCR1248

I was wondering what it would hurt if I chained the 3 point to the ROPS to adjust to proper height for the rotary cutter. Need to be able to lift the cutter but would like to chain it up at the point height for mowing without having to adjust it via the level every time. Then unhook the chain to swap implements via the QH05. Thanks in advance.

I think you are overthinking your use of a brush cutter.

It's a very common practice, do a search for "3 point limiter chains". There are many pictures and articles about them.

I believe the back part of the tractor has a spot that chains could be hooked, instead of using the ROPS. if searching, search for Check Chains, thats the term I heard them called, and its very common with quarter inching 3pts and a rear mower
