Hello Kubota friends!

I have a Kubota BX 2360 that has developed a leak from the rear engine crank seal. ( nearest the back of the tractor ). Does the engine require removal to replace this seal, or is there another method of removal? Scratching my head!

Thanks, Ulijohna

The seal you are referring to is the Front crankshaft seal. What dictates the "front" of the engine does not refer to how it is mounted.

The easiest way is to lift out the engine. It is not a bad job to do at all if you have a lifting device.

I lift the rad out with the engine. I find it easier than fighting with the fan and shroud
