The hydraulics get connected via a block bolted to the hydrostatic behind the left rear wheel. Get a parts diagram for a LA211 loader, the Hydraulic Block page item 140

With the price of Kubota parts, you are going to go broke if you need to purchase all the parts new. I would be looking for a BX1800 or BX2200 tractor that is being parted out, and purchase everything from that tractor to install on your tractor. The best part is if you can remove the parts yourself, because that way, you will know exactly where and how everything goes back together, and you will have every nut, bolt, washer, etc.. You might even want to look for a machine locally that has everything that you want, at a reasonable price.

I'm following Dusty's logic exactly.

To retrofit a loader on an older BX is going to be big bucks, even if you can do some/all yourself.

A plow will require the front hitch. They can be found, sometimes with the plow, but you need the correct model for the tractor. You still need to get the hydraulics to it.....

I would be apt to look at another BX equipped the way you want.
