I just replaced both steering hoses, now it turns HARD. I can't seem to bleed the air out of the lines.. Any suggestions?

Try jacking up the front end (or lift with the FEL if you have one) and then turn the steering wheel from lock to lock several times. It should force out the air if that is the problem.

Turn the wheel all the way against the stop and hold it there for a couple seconds, until you can hear the hyd. pump strain. Then goto the other side and do the same thing.

no, it labors as soon as you turn the steering wheel. Turning the handle all the way one way... then letting it set has improved the situation maybe 5-10% but it takes almost 30 seconds to turn the wheels from stop to stop.

Are the hoses installed the same way you took the others off? Be sure there are not any obstructions on the lines such as dirt, stone, plastic cap, etc.

Did you try jacking the front wheels off of the ground and then trying to turn the wheels? With no ground resistance the wheels should turn easily even without any hydraulic help. If it still turns hard then you are fighting something.

From your description it sounds like it is worse than having no power steering at all. As Kubota Tech suggests, maybe you are fighting the hydraulic pump if the hoses are installed wrong.

If the hoses are new they probably had plastic inserts to keep things from getting inside. Maybe one of those caps is still in place - another hint from KubotaTech that makes sense.

It is FIXED finally... it was a bad hose! One fitting was crimped to hard and was restricting flow. Replaced the hose, now everything works as good as new...

Thank you all for the suggestions!
