three point and mower deck will not lift, not getting hyd oil to lift piston, pulled priority valve, disassembled and cleaned, visually inspected, replaced all O-rings, ,hyd pump, hyd filter, cleaned pickup screen. Power steering works and is getting oil but not getting oil to the lift circuit. Spool, relief valve and flow priority valve visually look fine, no broken springs. Out of ideas, help?

Your issue has nothing to do with the priority valve!
You have an issue with the Power beyond circuit.
Have you taken off a loader or BH?
Did you forget to connect the PB loop?
Other possibilities are you did not get a quick disconnect seated properly or you have a bad quick disconnect.

Thanks, I'll check that out, have not recently removed the loader but the quick connects have always been tricky
