BX1880 still leaking; what to do?

I have a BX1880 now with 25 hours. It was leaking from the rear trans? area. Took it in at 11 hours and they claimed to have done the service and fixed the leak.

Now I have the same oil leak.

What should I do?

Do I want to contact Kubota about this?

Is it still under warranty ?
sure sounds like they did NOT fix the leak...
call the service dept and ask
maybe post picture here, might be a 'common problem' ?
for sure contact Kubota, if they did the repair.

Call the dealer back and tell them it was not fixed. I had to do that at least once since they had fixed a leak that I did not even know about but not the one I wanted fixed. Fortunately after three repaired leaks everything looks good so far.

Call the servicing dealer and tell them it was not fixed. Same as if you had a dryer, dishwasher, furnace, car, or anything else serviced and it was not fixed.

I have a BX 1880 with 15 hours on it. Transaxle leaks and the mower deck pulley bolts were all lose from the factory, just about blew apart when wife was mowing. Took pictures and sent them to dealer, told me they are very busy and will come get it asap. I reassembled the deck pulleys and
finished mowing. Ive had more issues with this tractor in 6 months than my three previous Kubotas in 39 years.

The leak appears to come from bad seal in case halves.
