Bx1500 won't stop

I have a BX1500 that won't stop. I replaced the ignition switch twice, and the timing solenoid and still it will not turn off. Traced out all the wires and can see that power is not going to solenoid. Any ideas of where to look or has anyone else seen this issue.

Send North Idaho Wolfman a PM, he may have or know if a service manual with wiring diagram is floating around the net somewhere. Otherwise check fuses and circuit to and from relay to solenoid etc. with multimeter.

Does it have a "combination box"? If it does, I'd suspect that. But eliminate the easy stuff first obviously. fuses, wires, grounds, etc.

Power is only supplied to the shut off solenoid for 5 to 8 seconds after shutting off the key switch. There is no power to it with engine running. If you have no power as soon as key is shut off, check 15 amp fuse.
