I hit the throttle forward/back, nothing

I can operate the front bucket perfectly, just the wheels wont spin

PTO = Power Take Off = splined shaft out the back of the tractor.

parking brake on ? or seized on ?
I tried hitting forward with this (pictured) up or down, it still doesn’t move

it could be seized, I’m thinking pull on with pickup truck to try to unseize

Or someone could tell me how to check if wheels are seized, I can lift it up

If it was seized it would drag the engine down.
The HST is not making any noise when you try and move it.
It acts like the range lever is in neutral.

I understand

what was the point earlier when we saw that the rear pto is spinning but the rear tires won’t spin?

I think demonstrating that something in the transmission was working - since the PTO drive is part of the transmission.

If the PTO is working then at least some of the transmission is working. If the engine doesn't sound loaded when in gear, then seems like the HST isn't even trying to drive.

Possible problems are (from NIW - just summarising):
- HST pedal not connected properly, so it's not telling the transmission to drive
- Range selector - if the range selector is in neutral then pushing the pedal will do nothing

No doubt there are other potential problems (more expensive ones) if the pedal is working but the HST not giving drive - it could be the HST pump or something. But better to start with inexpensive potential problems.

Another potential diagnosis is to lift the drive wheels off the ground, and press the HST pedal. See if the wheels turn at all. Also try turning the wheels by hand when in neutral on the range selector. That would eliminate seized wheels, and also tell us whether the HST is trying to drive at all (maybe with the wheels in the air they will turn a little). But from the video it doesn't seem like there's any drive at all - no change in engine speed, not even a little rocking - so it's like the range selector is still in neutral.

I noticed to start it you had to put the range selector into neutral (I think that was the cutout at the start where you shifted a lever before it would start). I think I saw you put it back into gear......but surely that would cut the engine? Perhaps that range selector isn't working properly?

"engine does not sound loaded" yes, it seems like it stays in neutral

"HST pedal not connected properly" Soon I go get detailed video of that whole area but I did connect it properly

"Range selector" Its definitely moving the parts in the transmission

"Turning the wheels by hand" Yes, when it was lifted up, I can confirm that the wheels turned

Wheels dont turn when lifted up not even a little

"Perhaps the range selector is not working properly" I will get a detailed video soon and show you guys
