BX1500 Scraper Blade Size

Hello, can anyone tell me what size of scraper blade can a BX1500 handle. Also does it have enough power to run a post hole auger and what size.

You need to find out what the 3ph will lift. That will be a good starting place when considering implement selection. Not alway will, if it fits use it work. Manufactures make different styles for different HP ratings as well. With that said, I've been using a woods RB5 (5ft) blade behind my B6000 thats rated for under 25hp tractors thats much better built than some cheaper cat 1 or 2 blades i've run across. And its alot lighter than my 4ft boxblade on my B7100 You just really need to compare the numbers some.

My B7100 (16hp) pulls a very heavy 42" Gannon brand box blade very easily.
I'm sure it would pull a 4ft just as well, & probably a 5ft for all but the heaviest work.

And yes I do think a 48 inch box would be ok on your BX1500, just don't get silly with it

And a backhoe with (2) different size buckets, and a 60" Curtis plow blade.... how do you think we keep the street clear of all of the sand from the haboobs?

Seriously, I have 3.6 acres in the mountains 150mi from here- 6700ft, wooded, with 250' of driveway, trenches to dig, firewood & slash to haul, snow to plow, (rarely) etc.. I usually bring it down here for maintenance, modification, & the occasional local landscape job. (I have more tools & my machine shop here.)
