my question is, i have the Kubota front work light kit installed and i want to add a rear work light but i was told i need to add another circuit, my front lights do have a relay set up already , can i just splice in the rear work light? the Kubota front lights have built in switches in each light, i prefer to use OEM items

There is a hot lead on the rear of your BX.

the red wire is constant hot,

and the red with blue tracer is hot only when the key is on.

the red/black is 20 amps hot all the time fused at the fuse block.
The red/blue is off the DC outlet and is fused at 10 amps and switched off the key.

The black is ground. You can use a relay to control the 20 Amp with the 10 amp key switch, that how Kubtoa uses it with there work light option.

yes correct as above but the plugs do not have a splitter so should i make a splitter to make 2 sets of wires go in to the single plugs

Split any of them! If you are using LED's .........then you could hook up four or five of them! I would NOT consider any other type of light now days.
