Finally shut off fuel.

Kubota BX series use a stop solinoid that gets energized to pull the fuel rack back which stops the engine. It is energized for a short time when you shut off the key then returns to relaxed position. Disconnect the wire at the solinoid ( right above fuel injection pump) and test to see if there is power there when you turn the key off.

If there is power there then the solinoid is faulty ( or not adjusted properly if it IS moving). If there is no power there then take it to a dealer to have it repaired. You are then venturing into the safety interlock system and I will not advise anyone in repairing it themselves! I don't want anyone to run over their kids!

Went to a dealer he let me look at his shop manual.
Looked that it may have been a blown fuse and it was.
The fuse was a 20 amp labeled acc lights.I would think this would be a safety concern with Kubota as it bypassed all safety features. But oh well it was a cheap fix
