Looked to me like the JD was doing the pulling. Doesn't the RTV weigh a lot more. If it's a diesel, maybe twice as much. Besides, who besides a JD fanboy would buy a Gator?

Used it today for the first time. Filled the tank first and then the 2 of us rode down the hill and loaded 4 loads of wood too big or too dirty to chip over to a gully.

Found out where to H and L. Doesn't turn quite as sharply as the tractor but feels less tippy.

I don't know if you were in 2WD, but most turn tighter in that mode. Most of the time except in Winter, I don't need either version of my 4WD.

I’ve had 3 CVT’s, Yamaha Wolverine 450 ATV, Yamaha keeps the belt under tension, so awesome engine braking. Polaris Ranger 500 free wheels down hills, but plenty of fun (45 mph), great for work, and also a great price in 2018 $8000. My other CVT, is a Honda ADV 150 scooter, fell In love once I stopped reaching for the clutch.

Just like the tractor, I'm keeping both in 4wd. Otherwise, I might forget and end up sliding downhill in 2wd.

Sad day. Sold my 2013 Miata GT PRHT to a guy who flew in from Louisville.

Now though, both Kubotas are parked side by side.
