I noticed a few spots on my bush hog where the paint it cracking and coming off has anyone ever used a bedliner spray on/ roll on for a hog instead of repainting?

I always just hit the tops with a coat of fish oil rustoleum primer, when they gets rusty enough... Best way of preventing serious rust is to blow off the chaff, after every use...:D

My brother tried some of the spray on kind and it was junk. The stuff bubbled up and then came right back off, total waste of money. He had good luck with the roll on kind though.

I rolled my mower with a rust paint 5 years ago, outside 24/7 and it still looks as bad as the day i painted it. Shiny yet beat up.
That roll on bedliner can be good or not so much. I rolled some 2 part stuff on a set of tube steps about 3 years ago, still looks good, the paint was all chipped off right from new. Decided on the bedliner and its been great. This truck is driven on gravel almost 100 miles /day.
