Guilty as charged and I ain’t ashamed of it. If I used the bucket all day every day for a while I probably wouldn’t use it, but as much as I use the grapple and forks the bucket doesn’t get a ton of hours so I’ll keep using the training wheels provided by the little bent rod thingy probably forever. Never claimed to be a pro at much of anything.
I am the worst at leveling the forks, I cannot see them and always end up taking twice as long to move a pallet as I should.

Same. The forks level point on the indicator isn’t the same as the bucket level point, but I know they’re level when the bend in the rod is about 1” above the indicator hole. Also usually temporarily over ride the seat switch with a piece of a paint stir stick and binder clip so I can stand up to see them if doing something really precise such as pallet moving.

I just made a level indicator for my loader. Used some scrap rod and tubing. I got the measurements from a neighbors Kubota. Took about 20 minutes and saved $90.00
