Here's a couple pictures of the newest (final ??) version of 'no hole' bucket hooks for my BX23S.
used a section of electrical 'superstrut', 2 pcs of 2x4x3/16 angle 3" wide, and 2, 3/8 grab hooks.
Zero cost as everything was laying around here,there, everywhere.......

So that (unistrut) bar can't "pull away" out from under the lip of the tractor bucket?

If not (say on one hook only, with a side load.).....I'd say "wow, pretty cool invention-you should patent it"

There's about 3" overlap into the 'pockets' on the end. Since the 'strut' fits flush on front and top of the bucket it's mighty strong. Mainly designed for 'retaining' stuff in/on the bucket NOT for pulling on.
Given the height of the hooks, it's a very,very bad idea to pull hard. Should the chain break, operator could lose limb or life. All real pulling needs to be done very low to the ground(aka off the frame).
I did drag a 12" x 12' log out of the bush. Chain in right hook,over left side of log,then under the log end,then up and over to the left hook, log end is on the bucket. Chain simply secures the log to bucket. Curl/lift a bit and drag. Simple,easy and no chance of chain killing me.

I just didn't want to weld or drill holes into the bucket, keep it OEM,retain the value.
Could I have welded hooks, sure...
Could I have drill and bolted hooks,sure..
Frankly it was more fun to design and build something that didn't alter the bucket and use up some of my 50 year collection of 'stuff'. strut was 'useless' piece from electrician, hook from a 70k chain with weak link,angle iron from a used brick lintel.

I understand the concept and familiar with uni-strut and superstrut.
Looks good and always neat to see someone think "out of the box" !

Some people prefer all original,unmodified equipment,especially numbers matching
