Your tractor should be able to handle the four foot brush hog but take it easy. Keep an eye on the temperature as you will be working it pretty hard. Remember too you'll be adding a lot of weight to the rear of the tractor which will affect handling.

Yep it will be fine. Near max as far as hp goes. My cousin routinely bush hoggs with a 4' mower and an 18hp massy hydro. It's in low range the entire time but mows fine. Think it's a claimed 15 pto hp. My 7510 handles a 6' without much issue.
