Funny you should mention them. I was sitting on the front porch looking out over the pond when I noticed 3 of them on the screen. Flicked them off and saw 2 more on the door. Employee came in today and the first thing out of his mouth was " Those ^&**(& stick bugs are all over my house".

Don't shower for a couple of weeks then go out side naked, run around flapping your arms and squawk like a banshee. If the smell/competition doesn't drive them off the sight and sound should. :p:D

Thankfully that is a problem I do not have to deal with.

Good luck!

We have a large pond in our front yard and living in the south we have all kinds of bugs. They are naturally controlled by installing bat boxes (bought at Lowes or Home Depot). Since the installation 10 years ago and the bats moving in we never see even a mosquito.

EddieBob,

AWESOME idea.

We have bats out here in Arizona but, evidently not enough to control the mosquito explosion this year. Wouldn't mind having a colony of bats in a few boxes around the property.

Any chance you could take a couple photos of your bat condos and post them for us? Don't have them at my Homey 'Po or Lowe's...

Thanks!

I am out of town right now but when I get back home I'll snap a few photos and post them. You could probably find a blueprint for them on the net. They really work good!

Sorry, I was having too much fun to be serious.

We start marigolds inside about 1 1/2 mth before last frost. Transplant them all around the house and in the garden. This has eliminated 90+% of insects around the house and garden. I do not know it this would work on stink bugs or not but might be worth a try. Also bat boxes.

P.S. make sure to get new bats, the old ones piss-n-moan and bitch tooooo much. :p:D
