Quick update. The dealer is replacing the broken casting at no cost to me. They told me they have never seen anything like this before. This is great customer service. Thanks again for the advice.

I looked at the diagram, thought, hmm, simple easy job... whack out 3-4 pins,remove old, install new, done...THEN saw all the HOSES that have to be 'snaked' threw it.....oospy.
