Brand new nuube here. b8200?

Hello everyone, just signed up 5 min. ago. Thinking of buying a 1988 b8200 geared little fella. It shows 150 hours but it only has a three digit hour meter Otherwise, the tractor is extremely clean, very little rust, only slightly faded paint. Looking carefully everywhere I can not see any sign of it being repainted. All controls, lights an such work, just a inch either way in steering play...
The dealer is asking 4995 Canadian, approx 4200-4300 US.

Fair deal? Other things to look for?

Already tried her for blow by and it seems to pass muster.

Any and all thoughts greatly appriciated.

MMM (mid mount mower) or not?
2wd with no options HIGH
4wd with no options Little High
2wd with MMM Little High
4wd with either option good deal
4wd with both options run and buy it!

Any other thoughts, negotiating tips are certainly welcome.
