Brakes B4200

What sort of a job is it to check the brakes? I adjusted them a while back but they just don't seem to want to work.
I'm going to sell it and think I ought to sort this issue out before I do.

Hi, I bit the bullet and stripped out one side, really quite easy! The question is are they meant to be wet or dry linings, as mine are running in oil?! B4200 D

Dry on that model, if they are wet you have seals that are leaking.

Hi, Thanks for that info, I dont suppose you'd know the part number of the seals???
Alternatively would the 4200 and 5200 be the same? I've found one on the internet for 5200?

No the B5200 used different seals

Oil seals 1 per side
