One thing for certain, no matter how bad a mow job she does, I will never say anything negative, always positive. If I utter one critical word, I'll be running 2 mowers.

I'll be keeping my cakehole shut no matter what. I'll be fueling it and maintaining it and that is it.

Amy don't do with negative comments.

Hope she likes it, fingers crossed.
Flip, maybe you might try some of Dale Carnegie's ideas. Show honest, sincere appreciation and give one a fine reputation to live up to. The results you see may amaze you!

When you tell someone, "You did a nice job trimming near the flowers and the sidewalk. You always pay close attention to details. I appreciate that". Gets even better results next time.

I'll try that. She has been a wonderful wife and nurse taking care of me through my ordeal. Lucky to have her, she deserves better but I'd never tell her that in as much as everything is in her name, if I got kicked out I'd be sleeping in my Focus and I don't believe that would be comfortable....

Just sold every round I had in the barn. Hay is super tough right now here, with all the rain we have been having. 2 gooseneck loads went bye-bye this morning 50 rounds.

She keeps track of everything. Taking oral chemo right now (as a finish I guess) and it's twice a day and she never fails to remind me "did you take your pills yet". Then she marks it down on her weekly planner. Hope it is at least. My hands are about useless, feel like blocks. Have no dexterity right now.

Talk about ham fisted, that is me. least food tastes good and no cold issues now. One more session of pills and I'm done. Really looking forward to that last 11 grand bottle. 3 sessions, 33 grand. Stuff is gold.

Sounds like a great woman! I feel for you my friend, not easy going through what you've been through but keep in mind as hard as it is on you it's every bit as hard on her. Kindness goes a long way no matter who you are. Get well and put this all behind you.

Holy smokes...so true!:eek::eek:

Flip...did you buy her a vacuum cleaner too?!?!?:):confused::)
I bought my wife a vacuum for Christmas and she is still thanking me for it :cool::D:cool: Course it's one of those robot ones, so all we gotta do is empty it and occasionally dig the dog her out of the wheels. Set it up on a schedule and it goes through the house once a day and send an alert to your phone if it gets in trouble.

I should have gotten one years ago!!!!
