Sorry about your luck, but I would tell them to stuff that notion! Not sure if it qualifies for warranty but a $1000 bucks?? Based on your word against theirs, if your doing proper warm up times, -10C is nothing difficult for these engines to start with glow plugs. If anything, I would cycle your glow plugs 5 seconds at a time. If you feel the need for more, try 5 seconds on, a couple seconds off, then 5 seconds on again followed by a start. 30 seconds I feel will shorten the life of the glow plugs.I had the tractor brought to the dealer and they came back to me with a charge of 1000$. They say that condensation was building up in the injection pump andthat usually happen when working the tractor too fast without letting it warm up enough when it's cold.
I find that very strange because I do let it warm up. Maybe not 15minutes like they require.
1000$ down the drain!
