BH92 Thumb questions

Does anyone have a hydraulic thumb on the BH92 or installed the kit? I would like to know the following information if possible.

1. What valve did you install on the hydraulic block? Part number if possible?
2. Can you tell me the bore, length and stroke of the cylinder?

I found the print on Messicks but Im looking to use a generic cylinder and wanted to see if I can cross the valve.
Any info would be greatly appreciated
