hello, I am looking to purchase a m4700dt and am wondering if theres a backhoe attachment that will work with the m4700dt 1996. I called one Kubota dealer and they referenced the bh7500 but I'm trying to narrow down if I'm only going to be able to find something that is from the mid 90s on marketplace or craigslist or might there be a more current backhoe attachment that would fit on there. I've looked online for images of a 4700 with a hoe on the back but haven't come up with much. The dealer mentioned in 96 the bh7500 ws an option. just looking for some verification on that
Thanks

I think I may have solved my own answer here with this link to a thread from last year

I own a BH7500. It's nice, but I'm thinking it may be a little on the small side for a M series. A lot of them came with a 3-point mount kit, so it can be universally adapted to any machine. This is not the optimum way to mount a backhoe to a tractor. Using a subframe spreads the shock load over a larger area and is the recommended way. If i were you, I'd look for a backhoe that has the correct subframe to mount to your particular machine. If you find a BH7500 and need the 3-point mount kit, I currently have my for sale.
